Responsibilities
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Care about your work and the people you help
- Connect with leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
- Service or Sales experience preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Curious and motivated to grow your own wealth through education and applying the concepts you will be teaching our clients
- Self-motivated and organized- we don't want to micromanage you...you need to be invested and accountable
- Detail oriented and invested in the work you do
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
